With over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Sal Salvatierra is a seasoned professional specializing in Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Association Banking.

At Tradition Property Management and Home Watch Services, he leads efforts in these areas, driving the company to success and promoting excellent customer service.  Sal earned an A.A.S. in Computer Technology and a bachelor’s in business from Wagner University. He is Certified in Property Management and a licensed realtor. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as VP of Miami Dade WCR and graduated from Citizens FBI Academy. He is a recognized banker in the HOA/COA vertical reflecting a deep commitment to “Best in Class Service”.

Before joining Tradition Property Management and Home Watch Services LLC, Sal Salvatierra held roles at Major HOA Banks, Real Estate, and 1031 Exchange Companies, and as an Owner’s Rep for a Class A office building. His expertise in real estate has positioned him as a leader in property management and home watch service.

Outside of work, Sal is passionate about his family and community. He enjoys exercising and playing pickleball. In addition, he mentors other small business owners in the community.
